Semi-finished products
In accordance with the formulas specified by our laboratory the pre-tested raw materials are prepared for the different grades necessary to produce our semi finished items. On more than 16 presses, sheets and discs are made by sinter pressing.
Dimensions up to 6 x 2 m / 8 x 1 m, resp. 1,20 m dia., from thickness 6 mm to 400 mm!
The computer-control which regulates temperature, pressure and time automatically, allows an economical production and guarantees constant quality levels.
Werstrip is made of rods in thicknesses 0,5 to 10 mm and widths 8 to 360 mm. It can be delivered on coils or cut to length. Wearstrip is used in the packaging industry and conveyor technique.
