OK 1000 (UHMW PE)

We like to describe OKULEN® 1000 (PE-UHMW) (OK 1000) as our "material for all applications". Thanks to its material properties it is extremely versatile:
The great wear resistance, high impact strength and excellent sliding properties make it ideal, for example, for use in machine construction. 
OK 1000 is also first choice in applications like plant construction and conveyor technology.
But also, of course, for harbour and fender construction, as a lining for highly exposed areas or as a material for the sports and skiing industry.
OK 1000 is resistant to low temperatures and most chemicals – and is also highly resistant to abrasion.

OKULEN® 1000 (PE-UHMW) 
Ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene, (molecular weight 3,5 - 5 Mio. g/mol.).

OKULEN® 1000-Reg. (PE-UHMW)
Ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene with regenerated materials.
We guarantee constant quality levels for regenerated materials!

OKULEN® 1000 Virgin 
Standard colors: Natural, Black and Green, Low coefficient of friction, high impact strength, FDA compliant and an extremely slippery surface.
Can be machined into a variety of finished parts.

OKULEN® 1000 / OKULEN® 1000-REG. - AST 92 Antistatic
This Black UHMW reduces static build up, critical in some newer, high speed conveyor lines.

OKULEN® 1000 / OKULEN® 1000-REG. - UV-Stabilized 
Specially blended to work in your outside applications where direct sunlight can cause problems with untreated UHMW.
Black in color, great in liner applications.

OKULEN® 1000 / OKULEN® 1000-REG. - Moly Filled
We added Molybdenum disulfide to enhance the already excellent gliding properties of UHMW.
The Moly additive reduces the coefficient of friction further and helps perform as a lubricant under extremely dry conditions.
