Machines

The machinery satisfies the latest requirements. More than 16 plants are available for “semis” manufacture that produce sheets and round blanks using pressure sintering, in sizes of up to 6 x 2 m / 8 x 1 m, or a diameter of 1.20 m and from 6 mm to 400 mm thick. Temperature, pressure and time are regulated automatically under computer control. This permits efficient production and guarantees consistent qualities.

In the production of finished components we see our strength in profile cutting using CNC processing systems which, among other things, have 2 to 5 axes in the turning and milling areas. In addition to the machinery, our programming workplaces are equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM computer systems.
